She takes pride in her shop and has every right to. She made us feel at home and made sure we were well fed. If you’re looking for a hot meal, wonderful conversation and some yummy coffee/tea she’s got you covered!!"

"Okay, my husband and I have stopped by 2x before this and always missed out. Today, we stopped by and they were open. You HAVE to give this cafe a shot! We ordered a zebra mocha, butterscotch latte and split a homemade blueberry scone. First of all, I never liked scones....I do now! A+ service and everything was amazing!!!!! We will be back!"

"The Turkey croissant sandwich is excellent it’s a winner , accidentally spooled here it get coffee but ended up eating lunch! Had to try the homemade pumpkin cakes and it did not disappoint, cinnamon , walnut and spices . Best coffee cake I have had. I need to comeback and try the 3 egg breakfast , the egg on the Turkey sandwich was delicious everything seems to be fresh and home made ."

"We were over an hour early to an event in Carmichael California which we haven't visited before. We found this wonderful cafe, Coffee Cafe by accident. My husband inquired about amenities which the gracious proprietress was happy to answer. It turned out to be an oasis. The interior was comfy and cozy with bistro chairs and tables and comfortable cushioned seats. It resembled an European tea room with curios and books. Ellie made us feel at home and welcomed. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. We never felt hurried. Her regular customers were just as friendly as her. It is a dog friendly cafe .The coffee was great and the cranberry orange scone was delicious. My husband liked the coffee so much he bought the same brand online. Elle bakes all the pastries there. She also bakes cakes for special occasions. There is live music on certain days. The menu is on the board with prices."

"I asked my bf to take me on a nice bike ride to a coffee shop. This is a new spot for us. We were very impressed crossiant chicken breakfast sandwich was amazing and the coffee was the same. The lady was very sweet. Made it a great morning. We will be back. Thank you"

"My wife and I "discovered" this delightful cafe today, and as usual, we were a bit late to the party...pretty upset with ourselves for having missed out on the delicious offerings of this cheerful place for so long...especially since we live nearby. Elle Serge, the owner, is just one of those remarkable people who bring happiness and good will wherever she is...such a kind and sweet lady! We enjoyed her delicious cherry tarts and took home a fantastic portion of chocolate covered cherry cake for later. I think she made one of he best Cafe Americano's I have ever tasted...We will certainly return to taste more of her offerings and to enjoy her sweet personality...such a kind person!!"
